Chicago Style Chicken Wing Marinade

This is the one that started it all...this incendiary constellation of zest...makes some great spicy oven-baked chicken wings. By experimenting on close friends and with a large supply of cold libations, we came up with some serious stuff that makes the absolutely best oven-baked spicy chicken wings you will ever eat! (And the cool thing is, you can make a variety of heat levels from one bottle.)
Dougie note: Oh, by the way, this stuff turned out to be a great marinade for steak, pork chops, and seafood too...as we like to say: "experiment, be creative, and have fun!"
