It all started over 30 years ago, in Uncle Dougie’s kitchen.  Dougie realized the culinary world needed some new food items to add fun and spice to our eating experience! Determined to make some of the best all natural sauces for everyone to enjoy…he started out by combining the finest ingredients available and experimenting on close friends and family…Uncle Dougie’s Chicago-Style Chicken Wing Marinade was created.
